As I said before, our exam will be sometime in June. That only gives us 4 months to prepare for it along with going to school, working and our personal lives. It really doesn't leave a whole lot of time for us mess around with. It's time to get to business. I really just wish we knew exactly what we have to make for the exam. Just like the mid-term exam, we will get a list of products that have to be included, along with restrictions.
In all honesty, through, we know some things that we have to make.
It's definite that the theme is, "Ich habe eine Vision."
It's definite that we have to make a tiered cake, or a form cake with some sort of show piece on top.
It's also definite that we have to make Pralinen (delicious little chocolates) and most likely Teegebaeck (tee cakes) as well.
As far as restrictions are concerned? I have no idea. Which holds me back completely.
However, I can begin to think about the cake related to the theme...

I'm pretty psyched about the way this chocolate globe turned out (and it was only on my second try). If everything I have running around in my head turns out this well when I actually put it to the test... we will not have any problems!
Wow. Very nice. Might you make it all out of white chocolate and tint it blue for the oceans, green for land, white for ice caps, etc.
