Where on earth have I been?
Exhausted, stressed, busy....
That's where.
However, I'm in a lovely mood because I was able to get an entire day to practice for my final exam today. This means I have a whole day, in the bakery, without having to work and left to test out whatever I wanted by myself. It's like music to my ears...
I know the exam isn't until the end of May...
I know that I have some time...
Except that I don't have time. Soon I'll have to start studying for the written exam and soon I'll be on overload with information.
The time is now. It's better to start early and have time to plan it all out, rather than leaving it until the last minute where something could go terribly wrong. I'd rather have it go wrong now.
I'm giving you all a sneak peek. This is top secret information. Well, not entirely... But they did turn out great!
The idea is a S'more fancied up into a Petit Four. I kinda think I nailed it if I do say so myself.
We want S'more!!!!
The bottom is a graham cracker crust with a chocolate cake on top... and finally, a toasted meringue to finish it off.
No recipe my friends... I'm sorry... I just can't... I was kinda serious about the top secret information... However, you're all so amazing I'm sure you can recreate these lovelies!
