I'm In For A Doozy!

My goodness!

If this week is any indication of what the next 3 months are going to be like, then I'm in for a doozy.

The exam is right around the corner and it's sneeaking up on me fast.  Practice, practice, practice!

It's awesome that we're getting full days off from work to test recipes and techniques.  It is really making my life much, much simpler.  However, the process is hard and time consuming.  This is not to say that I'm not enjoying... oh yes, I most certainly am... I'm just saying the entire process is going to be a lot more extensive than I expected.  I need to stay organized.

Now that it's Sunday and I've worked 7 days straight with about 70 hours under my belt... I'm wiped.

Absolutely and completely...

No time to rest now!!! It's just getting exciting... By this I mean big things are coming this up and coming week and I can't wait to see how it all plays out.
